Digital Camera options in 10-15K range

Need suggestions. Sony is preferred because this camera has to be bought in Panipat and it has a Sony Store. So, these are more likely to be available. Other company model suggestions would also be fine.

Sony DSC HX9V ~ 16k if budget can be extended or its small brother HX7V ~ 14k.Among non sony, Nikon S9100 ~ 15k is a very good camera. 12MP, 18x Optical Zoom, 1080p Video Recording. Also, CANON SX220 HS ~ 15.5k. These are some of the best PnS cameras available at the moment.
