Help me in choosing the best 21 Mbps data card

I am planning to purchase a 21 MBPS [ 28.8 Mbps when firmware upgraded] data card and after going through the reviews i found that Huawei is the best brand for this purpose. So my options are :1. Huawei K45052. Huawei E182EBoth data cards can be upgraded to 28.8 Mbps with latest firmware.Please help me choose the best data card Waiting for your replies.
