Does Zee Dish TruHD DTH provide good clarity of SD channels?

I have bought a 32'' Sony 3D TV.I am using TS now.Picture looks very stretched.How is the quality of SD channels on Zee Dish TruHD DTH?Can someone please post screenshots of SD channels running on 16:9 screen?Which DTH operator provides best picture quality on a screen with 16:9 aspect ratio?
 
They are not even giving HD channels, but providing SD in the name of HD. Why you want to opt for that gimmick?...True HD - my foot....
