Sites not opening on BSNL Broadband. HELP!

Hi..We are on Home 8mbps connection. It was ultra perfect till October 1 . Since then, I dont know, what has happened, but we are not able to open many of the websites.Whats happening ?We are on default BSNL DNS, since open dns and google dns looks like banned. Let me know, whats the solution.Im tired of such problems.
 
1. Try changing DNS in corresponding adapters (LAN or Wireless) than modem itself.2. Try different MTU values starting from 1480 with additions of 10 like 1490, 1500 ..3. Try Turbo mode in Opera browser.
