Weird problem with UMG 1831

Hello everyone,Recently i purchased a Huawei UMG 1831 from ebay. I flashed it with latest firmware and updated the dashboard. The problem is whenever i connect to the internet, i get 1.5-2Mbps initially and then after 5-10 minutes, the speeds get reduced to pathetic 400-500Kbps. Also it frequently disconnects from internet if i am not browsing or using internet, and then reconnects automatically. It is really annoying. Please help me find a solution. Any help will be appreciated.

try using another operator maybe it is network issue.I have seen several times that the 3G signal strength tend to change from weak to strong and vice versa.If problem continues contact E-Bay and ask for a replacement
