Speed of subscribers having completed 200 GB download will be regulated to 256 Kbps/128 Kbps on monthly basis.

Even though the speed drop is phenomenally low & should be atleast 512kbps (since its wireless) I guess the download limit is quite reasonable for a wireless connection...
