In Mangalore and a conspicuous banner will catch your eye.
That is when he hit upon the sensational plan of announcing, quite publicly, the need for a bill. A large banner, stating in bold letters and colour Ashraf’s demand, hangs near to Airtel office. “Please Give Me Airtel Bill”- the banner begins.

Quick question: why didnt this person register for e-bill, or request an itemised e bill over emailThat way he would have documented proof
