i am from sanathnagar hyderabad.

Hey i have a 256 kbps connection of AKSH backbone.Now AKSH changed the night speed limited to 128 kbps.i need night unlimited connection with minimum 256 or above.So i want to change the connection.

pls tell me the alternatives for this.

sify is worst i heard.
VSNL
BSNL
Airtel..

my budget is 600.pls help on this.

And i heard that we can download even if we log off the 24 online client.Pls tell me the procedure.

@ Sankar , I can not advice on torrents ; however I would suggest you to go for BSNL / Airtel depending on availability .
