Modem problem

I am using Pritvi modem with my BSNL EVDO connection. Modem is working well on my PC with windows 7 ultimate OS. But when I try to connect modem on my brother's laptop running on windows 7 home premium I am getting error 'Dialer MFC Application has stopped working'

1 suggestion from my end - Try uninstalling the BSNL application completely and then install it fresh.

Thanks for your replay. But I tried that few times. He applied for wi-max connection yesterday. Hope he will get connection tomorrow.
