How to file a complaint about spam SMS/Call now?

Ok, so its Data card....got it!Btw, i havent been lucky for that type of calls! But yeah, whichever telemarketing call i get is mostly from a female. So they do keep this stuff in mind! 😀
 
hate their Dam SMSes on property ans Sauna Belt !Airtel is worst hit with it and looks like airtel themselves do it ...as before MNP with vodafone never/rarely use to get any kind of tele marketing sms ...
 
Recently i switched to Idea since then I am directly getting a Flash message sort of thing.. "you have won $50,000 " .I will surely light fire under the arses of such one's from Sept 27.
 
SLA for these kind of complaint are more than 7 days. So, why waiting for 27th. We sud start is today itself.
 
Was getting a lot of calls and sms when on vodafone, but after changing to MTNL they have gone down but will post if i get them.
 
Amazing thread, I am not getting any tele marketing calls on my Reliance Number but I do get loads of annoying SMSes .. I will start complaining from now on .. I get messages from DR Batra , AND , CHEMISTRY , GLOBUS , etc .. they are a real nuisance .. and they come from weird numbers like TD- AND , LM - GLOBUS etc .. how to report those ??
 

I have this Reliance GSM number for about an year. Yet to face any issue related to spam SMS or Faltu calls.DND is active on Vodafone and Airtel number, still getting spam SMS.
 
Dr.Batra - I have mailed the company directly a couple of times & sent one more today... something to the effect --- filtered content

Through internet, I have come to the conclusion that your company is being looked upon as the biggest offender of spam SMS in the country ...

If I receive another SMS , I am going to start collecting details of all SMS sent by your affilliates to people who are registered & still received SMS , the complaint numbers opened by them & forward it to appropriate media & people.

If it happens ... I would collect a 100 & forward to some news sites.. between my family & friends & IndianMascot in the previous posts I think I can get 10-15 already...

It would be interesting, if it happens 😀

what happened to that sibal's promise he gave out a few months ago? Seriously man that is one guy i would love to kick in the nuts. Arsehole has been going around hitting Babas in and around delhi since then.
 
It looks like intentisity os spam msg suddently increased on my Reliance GSM after lodging complain last weekend. But had to wait as they had given 21 days of SLA

At present he is busy spoiling and tweaking Education system according to his profits. Then he will move on to Telcos.

but! but...cap of 100 SMS per day is too much! its like if a patient gets a small part of his leg infected.....Govt says REMOVE THE WHOLE LEG!!! *evil laugh*
 
Even 300 wud have worked perfectly. There was a time when I used to send 15-20k sms per month. But after getting familiar with FB, rarely send smses.
