for 0120-4330829,account no 11425799,. At the outset I would like to inform you the sad demise of my younger brother R. Shivraman Iyer (in whose name the captioned Airtel connection is continuing) in a major road accident on 19th July 2011 This information was conveyed to Customer Care by me with a request to discontinue the IP TV connection and change the Plan to Rs.649/= p.m with Unlimited Internet service in my name, and also furnished photocopies of I.D. Proof etc. to the persons who visited our residence sometime in last week of July 2011. Till now the bill is coming in brother's name and till now the amount is 999 plan which i requested to be changed to 649 per month and give me the bill accordingly, for further continuing the landline conection of Air tel in future if u would like. pl do the changes immediately and convey theis message to me 2. This information was conveyed to Customer Care by me with a request to discontinue the IP TV connection and change the Plan to Rs.649/= p.m with Unlimited Internet service in my name, and also furnished photocopies of I.D. Proof etc. to the persons who visited our residence sometime in last week of July 2011. I was informed telephonically about the disconnection of I.P. TV promptly, but a bill was sent in the usual mode i.e. in the name of R. Shivraman Iyer with charges for IP TV at higher rate etc. We found that both the landline connection of phone no. 4330829 as also Internet was disconnected. When an official from your office telephonically enquired about non-payment of the bill for Rs.3314.40, around 24-25/08/2011, my mother Smt. R. Lakshmi whilst conveying the aforesaid information to him requested for waiver/concession in payment of the said bill. The said official telephonically permitted her to make the payment of Rs.2500/= in lieu of the entire dues and accordingly a cheque no. 32004044 for Rs.2500/= favouring Airtel A/c No. 11425799 on Union Bank of India, Sector 15, NOIDA was issued to the representative who called on our residence which has been collected in clearing on 27/08/2011. Only after that date i.e. around 28/08/2011, our landline phone no. 4330829 & internet connection was restored.3. However, a bill no. 551838879 dated 25/08/2011 for Rs.4615.17 (Rs.4845.93 payable after 13/09/2011) has been received by us on 05/09/2011 without effecting any changes as requested by us i.e. (i) change in name to R. CHANDRASHEKAR in lieu of R. Shivraman Iyer, (ii) Change of Plan (to Rs.649/= 2 mbps with unlimited internet), (iii) accounting for the previous bill etc.4. Today i.e. 21/09/2011, some official from Customer Care (without disclosing name/designation) rang up and enquired about non-payment of the bill mentioned in para 3 above. 5. You are requested to give the matter your personal attention on priority basis and do the needful by ensuring that we are not burdened with inflated bill esp. from July ’11.shekhar 9312642592
