Unable to Connect using Reliance 3G modem

Hi,I have Reliance 3G Modem, capable of 7.1Mbps.I was using it till 11pm last night and it stopped working all of sudden.Now, when I try to connect it just waits for long time Authenticating and then fails.If anyone of you could help me finding if I am getting 3G network or not.The mode does show blue blinking light suggesting 3G network.But at the bottom of dialer, it shows WCDMA, and I am certain that it used to show HSDPA.Can anyone confirms if it should show WCDMA or HSDPA.ThanksPrashant

already did.When I told him it's show WCDMA, he was fine with this.When I told, It should be HSDPA...it had not answer...the support is not good. Finally he just told me to wait as there may be some issue with network itself. It has been more than 14 hours, same status. Could it be issue with network for so long!
