Videocon Model V3204FD into HD

I brought a Videocon D2H LCD Model V3204FD in May 2011 for which I got one year free subscription. The TV has inbuilt D2H and now I want to go for HD Service and for that I will have to buy a HD Box. As I was talking with one of the technician from the Videocon he told me that there is no need to buy a d2H HD Box wherein a D2H board can install inside the LCD. I call into customer service and they have no idea about it. Can anyone guide me about the procedure?
 
Think before your do anything... D2H CC is dont have any technical informations.... better send a mail to ur nodal officer and wait for a reply...
