atleast it should have given like about 1 MBPS upto 20 GB and 512 kbps after that FUP.....for that Price...!!

OK can anyone tell me where is bsnl going with Kapil sibbal .As they already hiked the Prices of 3g data plans when no unlimited is given and now poor performance of bsnl broadband plans in business sector with no speed upgrade and no New plans .But launching these kind of Plans like 1499 for only rajasthan state .I think How can they survive in Long Terms With PRIVATE SECTOR.
