I stopped by the iStore today for service for one of my idevices. The guy at the store told me that they are not accepting any iDevices or MBPs for service at iStore for the next 25 days. When I asked for the reason he said that their customer satisfaction scores were very bad and Apple is not happy about it. It seems they are under Apple's scrutiny. I was redirected to another authorized Apple Reseller in my city for the service for my device. I'm not surprised at this as the customer service at the iStores was pretty bad. I'm glad Apple is finally taking some action.
