Is there any way to watch tata via internet(legal subscription),without dish(as it is not allowed to install in my building).Rajesh
 
Unfortunately, no. I too was in a similar situation wherein my building wouldn't allow any other provider except ADTV, and nonetheless I got Ts installed, you could get the dish installed on your building's terrace, if your building management is concerned with the aesthetics of the building.
 
If your building society is not allowing you to install a dish on the terrace the least you can do is sue the hell out of them. So my advice is to lawyer up.
