Noisy Line, leading to frequent disconnections

Hey guys, I am facing this problem with my BSNL Broadband connection, Plan UL750, since 1-2 months. My net disconnects very frequently at times, and for a day or two it's fine. It is an intermittent problem going on with me since 2 months or so and is really bugging. The line is noisy sometimes and sometimes it isn't. I changed the modulation from ADSL2+ to G.Dmt yesterday night, it's a bit better but still it disconnects at times. Any-way, here are my line stats:

The line is noisy sometimes and sometimes it isn't.

from the telephone handset you could hear the noise ? hissing crackling or
some other noise ? Check for loose joints.
Ensure ADSL splitter is connected correctly. Phone Only in PHONE port.
In other rooms extension
telephones should have additional adsl splitters.
How is the ringer sound? volume normal ?

Data line seems Ok.
