I want to create a commercial world wide website based on online shopping. I have few queries as below.

1) What are legal rules to publish a website in India? Any book / website can give information about this?

2) How can I get information of different countries rules related website publishing? Which keyword I have to find the information over the internet?

3)What are other legal / nonlegal issues which you know?

i really have no clue what kind of legal issues you are talking about here! i would suggest consulting a lawyer.
