What is the cheapest way of ISD calls to US?Is voip cheaper than calls from mobiles?is there any sound quality difference between voip calls and audio chat over same internet connections?how much is $0.02 in rupees?

voip should definitely be cheaper than using a mobile connection. google for example charges a cent per minute which is like 50 paisa per minute.skype charges are: Cheap calls to United States: Start from as little as 1,9 cent/min 2,2 cents (incl. VAT)so basically you are looking at less than a rupee per minute.

well i have never made ISD calls to usa but i have made voip calls to usa. if your internet connectivity is good, it should not matter much. a lot of people have moved over to voip for international calls. it seems to be doing well.
