13003Z (NPN silicon planar transistor) and 3700Z (PWM controller) are two components which are easily prone to fail in the power adaptors supplied with ITI DNA-211 modem. Can anyone provide their equivalents, please.

just note down the IC nos. and approach a IC/electronics hardware shop. If the component is available they will provide it otherwise they will provide u a replacement, this people know almost all IC's by heart according to my experience.
 
no.s seem hard to find , generally these chip sellers have those chips which are used to day to day electronics like radio, etc. i highly doubt u will be able to find out. but if u are from kol try chip electronics in chandni market. may u get lucky . 🙂
