depending upon the URL you get. i have found that you can remove everything after ? in the URLs that loads for you on their domain. so i just replace it with the second option above.

Oh they do show the first one till the checkout page, after which it goes away - its https from there on.

Tracking seems to be working. Will add it to the https also, though I am not too sure it would take a GET param at that stage. Hoping everything goes fine 🙂

well yeah. i assume they set a cookie as soon as a link is loaded with the affiliate code.

it is hard to see how they are tracking it. so i can only suggest, loading the link with the ?xyz thingy and proceed from there. 🙂

i would confirm if i see a book sale in my backend!

Good enough. I will be doing this after midnight (credit card cycles) 😀 My first Flipkart purchase, though I don't like the fact that they charge for shipping. Landmark is giving free shipping. Doesn't matter, I still get it cheap, sitting at home, and I don't trust Landmark to remember to ship it. Preorders come with their own unique disadvantages 😛

Their customer care is nice. They atleast knew about the book. Looks like if we order multiple books, they ship the books as and when they become available. Need to see if anyone is interested now
