Charges for New Remote?

My Tata Sky remote (regular one) is not working. I wanted to know abt the charges if it is replaced by TATA Sky. I know the visit charges are Rs.125, but what are the additional charges for new remote?
 
If replaced within first year, it is free. If not, it is 125 (technician visit included)
 
Remote charges Rs 75.
Do they charge separately for replacements now? There was a time I got my STB replaced without any extra cost - all for the 350 that the technician charged for the 'visit'
