I find this very odd, never have i had a tech tell me not to call him.
Did you abuse him or something ?
I am so tired dealing with this since 3 weeks that I wanted to bang my head on the wall .. No I did not abuse him, he told me not to call him time and again asking him why is the net not working . I mean you call customer care they are tape recorders , yes sir we are sorry for your problem, our engineers will solve your issue within 24 hours .. thats all what i get to hear ... thats why I noted this sameers and one more senior guys number called Sunil .. Sunil is the cheekiest of them all .. I called him 2 times and he just banged the phone on me ... Today I was busy i will shortly post full sequence of events with this crap company .. trust me its been very very harrowing ... I cant just dump them cause who do i take ?? mtnl , you tele ?? i have very limited options ..

Full Sequence of Events For Those Interested to know how Reliance treats their Old Customers :-
It all started on about 20th July 2011 .. I was facing packet loss issue , where i was getting loss of about 50% and more .. after every 3-4 replies would be a timeout and sometimes 4-5 timeouts together hanging the webpage..
I called reliance cc and they booked my complaint and sent Engineer Sameer the next day .. he came with his own
laptop and checked .. surprisingly on his laptop it worked flawless for 10 mins .. when he shifted the connection back on my pc packet loss started .. so he told me its your lancard thats gone so change it , heck i bought a new one for 450 + 200 installation charges .. to my utter horror the packet loss still persisted , so i called sameer again and he came and this time even his laptop got times out . so he told me he will check and get back to me which he didnt ..
22nd July and the net was totally shut . I trade in equities so u see this was stressing for me plus markets are also falling ... So I called sameer he said they are working on it ...
23rd july net totally down getting 169 ip .. I called sameer he said there is some
Cisco problem and net will restart in few hours ..
net only gets restored on 26th july ... was totally down for 5 days ... imagine backlog of work + emails to be sent out ...
I registered a waiver complaint for these 4-5 days and promptly got it done and also got confirmation of amount to be deducted in next bill ..
27,28,29 july and the net works flawlessly ( not a single timeout or downtime ) .. I wonder should I complain against sameer for making me buy a new lancard un necessarily ? i decide against it ...
30th july oh boy timeout starts and net starts getting shut for 3- 4 hours at a strech ... sometimes for 30 mins .. and night time fully shut .. I feel like tearing my hair again ... I call CC same crap we will solve issue in 24 hours .. this goes on till 4th August .. net is up down up down up down ..
I call sameer he comes with laptop on 3rd august .. i say why laptop again ?? he says procedure needs to be followed .. but this time gods blessing on me his laptop also gets timed out .. he tells me its a server issue on this time ..
Yesterday 4th August nets down at 10am when i need to work . so i naturally am mad .. i call nodal office and tell them enough is enough .. i give them sammers cell no and they call him .. what happens next is most shocking " sameer tells them that all the lines are ok and that my pc is at fault , he says it works fine on his laptop .. THIS WAS A OUTRIGHT LIE .. the net did not work on sammers laptop .. he lied because he could not find the fault ..
however from 6pm yesterday till today 6th august 1.20am the net is working without a single packet loss or downtime .. Now please tell me if its my pc fault then why is the net working now ??
I called nodal office asking them to give waiver for 30th july to 3rd august and they have refused me saying not possible as there are rules and regulations .. why should i pay for the days i hardly used the net and that too reliances fault ??? harrowing huh ?? im praying to god that this problem does not restart else ill remove them once and for all ...
In all this whats most irritating is I am unable to work properly since 2 weeks and that Sameer pushes the blame on my pc and behaves rudely and aggressively with me ?? he makes me buy a lancard for the heck of it ?? when i tell him this he shouts at me saying he had to do it at that time since he did not know that cisco, server issue was there ?? Please tell me is this fair ?? He also told me to shift to Win XP .. i said thats not possible ..
If i remember to add something more ill do it .. All I can say is that all what i have published here are facts .. I get nothing for de faming Reliance .. Infact I am hoping that no problems occurr and ill stick with them else ill have to change ISP which i dont want to unless compelled to ...
