docomo speed limited..?

I'm getting 3g speeds of only 0.1mbps (up and down) .Do you think the speed is capped..? If so how can i get it removed ?Any thoughts.....?Using n 70-1

^^If you are on 2G pack and using in 3G/UMTS mode then maximum speed will be 128kbps and hence that is what your are getting. If you are using proper 3G pack then complain to CC.

yea even i have experienced some speed problems here. but that gets fixed after some time!!!!try complaining about it. they might look into it
