Beam Tele Serices - Cheap!! Service VERY POOR.. If there is no service in your area.. Only Option!!

Hi All:Here is my pathetic experience with Beam Tele – Internet broadband service in Hyderabad. Here below are the details of contacts I made with Beam Tele Service. I can give more details, if you want to know!! Now I need your help, in contacting Consumer Forum to report about how my work got affected by this Beam.Yesterday, 06/06/2011, kept leave for work to fix internet issue with Beam, but no service/support except ticket registrations and closing. Mr. Sekhar, Sales executive shouts over a phone like “Why are you calling me” or “Talk to Customer Service”. What I feel is, he should respond to our calls till service start. Just after cheque deposition, he is not responding properly. If we insist him on service, He will ask I can take check payment also!!• I requested all above to inform Sekhar to call me back, NO response!! Still I am looking forward to talk to him.
 
Yes, see the dark negative side of beam now. They all non sense people bastards lazy at work and they spoil the show. If the owner brijesh Or director subram kapoor is reading please look your faces in mirror and spit on your faces you've got idiotic staff and lame people in beam . I have to bloody bribe to get my things done quickly.
 
Why you should avoid beam telecom/beam fiber/beam internet?I have been customer of beam telecom for many years, though on and off in Hyderabad as I keep on travelling to Hyderabad and out of it. For the last time, I connected internet in the month of January 2011 after paying 1800 Rupees for three months so that they could waive off installation charges. Service was good, I must admit.Thereafter, beam telecom said that it is going to increase the speed of internet without charging any extra amount to the customers so that my 786 Kbps internet became 1 Mbps for the same price of 600 Rupees per month and this was done across to all customers depending on their existing internet speed. Thereafter, the problem started.The internet started getting disconnected again and again and sometimes, even for days. We got tired calling to their customer care and getting it fixed. This shows that they went on increasing speed without building necessary infrastructure. Problem became myriad. In the meantime, I had to shift my room and I enquired about shifting of internet. They said it takes 5-7 days. I requested them to shift it quickly but had to give up. The first time, I requested them was on June 27, and today by July 8, 2011, already 12 days have elapsed. I made them 100 of calls but they always promise to escalate the matter to higher authority/level and till today, I am getting sms saying they are working on it but I have not got my internet shifted. I do not understand what they are working on.Since I got tired, I have contacted Tikona for internet connection. They have taken money yesterday and have promised to do it by tomorrow, by Saturday July 9, 2011. I hope Tikona gives a good service and gives internet by tomorrow. I have promised not to go back to beam again.Tikona is expensive than beam. In fact, beam is the cheapest in Hyderabad and all in Hyderabad are running after beam but sadly, beam is interested only in increasing new customers and their numbers. Once, you get connection, their attitude is entirely different. Please be aware of beam’s cheap policy of advertising cheap service and crowding people and taking money without increasing manpower and infrastructure.
