500 Rs not received in Bank from PayTM(Error)

I received weird error from Paytm after transferring 500 Rs PayTM Cash to my bank account and now the money is gone and is under pending status in passbook section, and is not even showing in my bank. Normally the process takes instantly to happen and reflect in my bank account, but this time PayTM screwed up. What should I do? I tried calling their customer care number but they don't even have an option to talk directly to customer service executive regarding this issue. However I raised a ticket in PayTM app. Hope this gets resolved soon. And please be careful while transacting on PayTM. It's not always as convenient as it sounds. For me 500 Rs is not a big thing, but for someone else it might be

It might take a few days sometimes, a few weeks ago I ordered mouse from Amazon but payment failed. I tried 3 times. one refund was instant but other 2 took 1 week to show up in my account statement. So, you should wait for at least 1 week.

Received the refund the very next day. Hats off to Paytm
