5% cashback on bll payment

This offer was listed on airtel's main website .. It says "pay with you visa debit card and get 5% cash back"
When you click on tht offer it takes to visabillpay.in website and ask to register ..

Read the point 4(c) .. Does it mean we need to make atleast 4 payments before 31st september to be eligible for this scheme??

Have anyone register for this scheme?
 
I haven't used the scheme, but the TnC do indicate that you need to use your card either for Airtel payments or any other payments through the visabillpay site
 
and maximum cashback is 50rs, even if you spend 10000, all you will get is 50rs, I will get more points than that if I pay my Bill using credit card...
