Recently launched GSAT-8 has 24Ku band transponder , who will get this

any idea, i think no body interested in Isro transponder followed by flaw in every sattelite except Insat 4A, even edusat is out of order , 4B lost half of its Transponder , Insat 4CR has lost his fuel and can not be used further , everybody except DD direct plus planning to move Foreign sattelite what is yours view?

gsat 8 it is fine till know testing it delay from dd it will take time till dec-2011 to jan-2012
