i am back with a reliance broadband review.....

i had applied for a reliance wireline connection on 4th of april 2011,
They said that it will get installed with in a week....
but it took a month to install.. 🙁
due to shortage of cables n all as told by the sales person...
i got the connection on 5th of May 2011,....
BUT the day i got Reliance Broadband.....
I am the HAPPIEST PERSON...
cuz of the following reasons....
1)Speed is really mind blowing... n constant too...
2)NO FAIR USAGE POLICY.... 🙂 (dats h best part)
3)Gud customer service at least at my place..

My Plan is 749 (600 kbps @ day and 1 mbps @ ni8)

last but not the least m having static ip dunno i havent purchased it...

Speed in ni8 is.....
https://www.speedtest.net

Day speed i will post it tommorow....

m having Asus RT N13U
n dats working flawlessly on Reliance wireline....
next time i'll review dat too....

Congrats on getting the connection. Happy to see that you've bought my favourite ASUS RT N13U...awaiting the review

something is confusing in this thread.. in all the other threads the users with combo plans ( adsl) never reported more than 700 kbps of u/l speed. thread starter is getting always 2 mbps in u/l...

maybe coz of static IP he is getting a good upload speed

No Raj it does not matter if you are not a static IP that you upload would magically increase, it would be very difficult to achieve uploads above 1.5 Mbps on a ADSL connection period, look at the first post it looks as his connection is via metro ethernet and not ASDL as reliance is also providing broadband connections via that option.

plan 749 is via only adsl i suppose.. there is no plan 749 in metro ethernet.. now i donot know if combo plans are availble via dtc also..
