Reliance Globalcom, is a division of Reliance Communications, which runs the Global Telecom operations of India's largest integrated telecommunications service provider. Reliance Globalcom provides global managed network solutions and services in 163 countries, and has network management capability in 230 countries and territories partnering through 700 carrier partners worldwide. The company also offers a portfolio of retail products and services comprising of global voice, internet solutions and value added services comprising 2.5 million retail customers in 163 countries on six continents.
Reliance Globalcom owns the world's largest private undersea cable system spanning 65,000 kilometres which is integrated with Reliance Communications' domestic optic fiber which runs over to 190,000 kilometres. Reliance Globalcom's global VPLS enabled Ethernet network capability serves India, the United States, Europe, Middle East, and the Asia Pacific region.

I think admin should start optical fiber(undersea cable section) under broadband section. Member can get more knowledge about infrastructures.
