Reliance Broadband & Teleblend VoIP

Hello,Has anyone had luck using Teleblend VoIP over Reliance Broadband? I've a staic IP address from Reliance and I have configured a router with the static IP address. My internet connection works well via the router ( wired and wireless), but TeleBlend VoIP refuses to work. I will appreciate if someone could share their experience using TeleBlend ( formerly SunRocket) VoIP over Reliance Broadband. NOTE - This same TeleBlend VoIP works well with my BSNL connection and other local internet service provider, but not with Reliance. Thanks,Don
