How To Create A Dialup Broadband Connection

Hi frndss plz tell me how can I use my dataone connection as dial up broadband connection, in which I should enmter username or password everytime for connectivity. What all changes I have to made in my SMART AT 882 modem and in Network Connections. My OS is WIN XP. N what will be the username n password for connectivity through dial up connection.
