Reliance Netconnect+ reactivation

Hi, I used to use a Reliance USB Modem & then deactivated it & shifted to MTNL DSL. I had a lot of issues with MTNL & hence I am planning to go back to the Reliance USB Netconnect+. I want to know if Reliance allows reactivation or do I have to purchase a new modem. I called their customer service but they weren't helpful. They asked me to go to a Webworld & check. I will only be able to visit a webworld next saturday, so I was wondering if anyone else has this experience? Can it be reactivated? What are the charges? Also, the reason I shifted to MTNL is because I don't enjoy using the USB. I prefer a wireless modem like MTNL has - so that I can connect without a USB. However, I was wondering if there is any wireless device with takes the reliance USB Modem & broadcasts wireless so that I can use my laptop without plugging in a USB in it.
