this is my first post
I am currently using a reliance broadband connection and recently shifted form a 300kbps plan to a 600kbps in day and 1mbps at night plan
Now,the problem is that I get good speeds of 60-75 kBps in day in torrents but not in normal downloading.
According to speedtest.net :

Why am i not getting that speed in normal downloads?
