MTNL HSDPA and APNs

Some company Broadband 50mbps + Jio Airfiber 30mbps
I think HSDPA services are activated free by mtnl in new sims in mumbai prepaid.Can I use ppshsdpa or pps3g instead of gprsppsmum?I am not able to do this... can any one tell me why? Are these apns only used in datacards? Are those apns locked to a datacard only? Can I do anything on my mobile Nokia E5 to use it?
 
Same problem here. APN gprsppsmum is only restricted to 3G speeds of Maximum 0.4 Mbps.
 
In delhi too On Micromax Datacard Bundled with MTNL SIM HSDPA APN is not working, can't connect using HSDPA apn, don't know why.
 
3G - 384kbps3.5G (or HSDPA) - 3mbps upto 21mbps mtnl gives 3G speed on mobile phonesmtnl gives 1mbps on HSDPA which has to be activated by paying some Rs. 449 and sending an sms which never works even if you have Rs. 475 balance
 
3G Settings

mtnl mumbai mobile has removed the username and password concept
all settings now work without username password officially.
the website has removed it now.
