I tried to register here for checking braodband usage but when i enter my customer id from my telephone bill and filled other information it says invalid customer id and i cant register Please help
error Broadband User ID is Invalid or You do not have Active Broadband in Your Service.
i tried with other sites

i am from Chandannnagar West bengal and i come in south zone but that didnt help either do i need to call the customer care officer?
