ACT Blaze 30 Mbps (Post 50GB, 512Kbps)
BSNL 3G users are not able to connect to Stack Overflow website since many months. The BSNL team has not provided any response or solution yet.

I wanted to check if Stack Overflow works from Tata Docomo 3G network?
 
yes its working on docomo 3g
