Guys I was searching for firmware update of K4505 And I found this update on DC files

K4505Update_11.870.02.10.11

Is it safe to update the firmware?

As I have answered just now in another thread, I haven't tried that one.

Thanks. but whn i tried calling my no from Mobile partner, it ringed but I cannt here any ring from my pc nor a voice whn I answer the call. It means I cannot hear anything from Mobile partner dialer.

Have you tried it? Did it worked for you?
 
u attatched a microphone when dialing ?? i hav also tried to call and receive a calll// both time saw its coming / going.. didnt took the call as blnc was low.... so cant commnt... will try and respond twrw... what about ur case??
 

I know I need to attach microphone.But I am telling I cannot hear anything from my pc......means if I dial any number from my data card by help of mobile partner, the phone rings. But there is no ringing tone on PC.
 
what is the mobile partner u guys r using?? mine came with this one : 16.001.xx.xx.xxx.... now accrding to this site there r other dashboards avlbl... can i use these ??

hmm hav u tried this mp to make voice call ??
I have tried to make voice call but the other phone could not hear anything not could I hear the other person, but sms works both ways. Need to dig bit more about making voice calls.
 
Hey... I bought Huawei K4505 today, m using BSNL 3G in pune (I suppose thats the west zone unfortunately). Now m screwed. Any one got any solution How to get BSNL working with K4505.My airtel 2G is working fine. All the 3 LED lights in modem are working fine.So that rules out if the modem is damaged.I've tried *99# , *99***1# , *99***2# , *99***3# , *99***4#. Nothing is working.I've also tried T-Mobile webConnect Manager, it didn't detect my K4505.Should I try to update the Firmware?Please any help would be hugely appreciated...if any one out there got any solution.Do post...please.
