Help : Getting GPRS Speed in New MTNL 3G Jadoo Connection

Today the gprs speeds in mtnl 2g plans are good... i am very surprised.
 
I have never got good speeds in 2G. MTNL 2G is slowest.But 3G is very excellent.
 
2G network is virtually unusable these days due to the issue I'd described earlier. They still havent fixed it 😕 Despite they calling me everyday to ask whether its been fixed 🙁
 
it was only yesterday after 4 pm that it was good.now I am getting the regular speeds (that means no speeds lol)
