I have recently applied for BSNL internet connection. So i can't tell you the right picture about speed of internet. I will share my experience about speed after some time.

you guyz are giving your location thats good but if you people can give the target location (it will be good if its a foreign country like in usa ) when you are doing speed test .. and everyone does their speed test with same location it would be great
