Please Help with Reliance 3G Settings

Hi, I am from Kolkata and just got a Reliance 3G sim. I want to access 3G service but is unable to do so. Currently I am using LG Optimus One running on Android 2.2 Froyo. I am unable to get the settings on my Phone. I sms ed ALL to 55100, to get the settings but got a reply stating my handset is not registered to get settings over the air. called Customer care for help. Horrible Experience. 1st guy told me reliance 3G is not yet Launched, and the others also don,t have any idea what Android is. Is it a phone company????? They asked me. So if anyone using Reliance 3G on android, please help me with the settings. I need settings for 3G as well as Mobile TV.Also can someone tell me what is the difference between RCOM & RTL.... And we access 3G from RCOM or RTL????Thnx.......

@piku99: use the 2G RCOM APN available on their website. the same works for 3g.

Bro its not working(rcomnet)..... Can only access the net via "smartnet" APN.... Whats the diffearence between "rcomnet" & "smarinet" apn????
