BSNL 3g not working in Mumbai (not a single website opening)

HIso i bought this bsnl card yesterday and tested it on my friends mobile.Everything was fine..he accessed speedtest.net on his mobile and got a speed of 1.58 mbps\However when i tried using it on my PC not a single website is opening.Utorrent working fine..getting speeds of 2mbps.Only websites not openingtried the following dns addressed all failed-Google Public DNS8.8.4.48.8.8.8BSNL Broadband 61.1.96.69 61.1.96.71 218.248.255.145 218.248.255.177 218.248.255.193MTNL Broadband 203.94.243.70 203.94.227.7059.185.3.1259.185.3.1059.185.0.2359.185.0.50OpenDNS 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220I repeat downloads working fine on Utorrent.So i think this is a DNS problem as NO websotes are openingAny solutions?? :huh😛S- im getting DOLPHIN network here which is MTNl i guess.
 
Thats weired problem.Also mention your modem name and model no.
 
Try Opera Turbo and check. Normally it works in such cases.
