Cell phones and ATM's

On a recent visit to an ATM, I noticed instructions to not use cell phones while inside.I can understand the other instructions like -do not wear helmets and caps etc.. but.. I did not quite understand why cell phones are not allowed.Surely, a cellphone cannot impede more to the view of ones face than ones own hand..

i think the ban is related to high tech hacking of the ATMs with mobile phones as they show in movies 😀

if you remember terminator 2... you would know what i mean.
