App Data syncing option is also new from what I am reading online.

I would be sort of disappointed if Android goes back to white design theme in the future.

still not sure about the delta updates part. though some apps do end up installing after crossing 80% of the downloads.

I signed up for a dev's alpha testing and now have access to the app's 1.0.7 version as compared to the general one for everyone ie 1.0.6

Must say that the ability to test alpha versions and beta version through the Play Store is very much welcomed!

Google is messing around with the Devices page for the last 10 minutes or so. 16GB model disappeared for a few minutes and then reappeared. I wonder what is going on.
Maybe they are in the process of adding Nexus 4 😀

Well atleast someone in the government is active and working.

It appears, if Google wont do it, the Indian government will do it for them. The government wants adult content available on Android app store to be removed.
Smarting from the vicious backlash the last time the Government tried to ban Internet porn and censor websites, the telecom minister Kapil Sibal sought views from the media on how to deal with this. “I want you people to suggest how can we close it. If we want to close it, you will attack us. I want all the media to come together and tell the minister how to deal with it so that if I do something about it, you don’t attack me.”

Google Play Store has adult apps? I mean there are loads of stupid apps with obscene images but seriously?

Yepp. Seriously.
Well according to the government's definition, this world is impure and full of vile and disgusting things. And Kapil ji has taken the ominous task of cleaning it. Our minds should be as pure as the Ganga jal (the one that is filled out of taps nowdays and sold).

I can see the day when Indian government would ask for a net nanny like filter setup at the gateways. :
Instead of blacklisting domains, they would start whitelisting domains.
