Tata Docomo 3G ip Address

Does anyone here have any idea what type of IP address docomo 3G have.Is it a dynamic, static or shared ip address.I'm asking since BSNL is having shared ip address which is making life very difficult when downloading from RS,MU,etc.

Its dyanamic but not shared like bsnl
