Anyone getting Tata Docomo 3G network in Maharashtra?

Heard that Tata Docomo 3G has been launched starting from midnight 5th November, 2010. But when I scanned for 3G networks, I couldn't find Tata. It showed me only 'Cellone'. I tried this using the 'WCDMA only' mode so that it only shows 3G networks.Is 3G network available in Maharashtra?

from yesterday i got 3g symbol on my network. morning 2day i was able to make a 3G video call and to my surprise docomo stopped 3g calls after that first call. hope theyy restore it soon. I stay in Thane District Maharashtra specifically in Virar...

Sadly I'm not getting any 3g signal till now. But thats great news for people like me living in Thane district.

3G signals available in Pune City area Only. Tata DoCoMo 3G is Too costly. Use BSNL 3G. Best Hain Mere Liye!!!!!

Whcih area of Pune? I think in ROM circle its only laucnhd in Shirdi...lemme know in which area of Pune ur getting signal..docomo mite be costly but the speed it has promised are unbeleivable..wat say?

Signals are available in Shivajinagar, Pune Station, Swargate, Satara Road, Sinhgad Road, Pashan, Deccan, Katraj, Kondhwa, Hadapsar. Signals are improving day by day!!!!
You can use your 2G GPRS bundle in 3G network @ 2G speed. Speed is very constant.
We all know DoCoMo guys are reducing GPRS speed in 2G network after launching 3G services.


Signals are live in Aundh, Baner, Balewadi, Pune University from today!!!!!

I now have the 3G logo on my iPhone here in Pune (Koregaon Park). But I'm still surfing at 2G speeds (max 100kbps). Seems Docomo is having trouble activating 3G on peoples SIMs. I SMSed 'ACT3G' to 5333 at 9am this morning and still am not activated. (almost 7 hours later!). The reply SMS said it would take 3 hours. Yeah right.Anyone else having trouble getting their 3G activated in Pune? Or anyone that IS on 3G, what are your speedtests?

I am not using 3G data plan of TATA DoCoMo.(Too costly) You have to subscribe there 3G data plan. After that you will get 3G speed.If you are using 2G bundle in 3G network you will get 2G speed only.
