Photon+ False Usage Meter

Tata Photon disconnected my postpaid service when I did not pay my bill. They said I used 20GB+ while my plan was 10GB/month. I told them I only used 2GB and they do not agree. From the above detail it does seems so. Please avoid Photon+. I bought the device for Rs. 2500/- and now have no use of it. And they want me to pay Rs. 6000+ for 1 month usage. 🙁Manish

It denotes as below:

TRANS_DT TIME UNITS AMOUNT
06-Sep-10 3:58:07 PM 2 100

So if you take 3:58:07 PM as first log entry of 06-Sep-10.... just continue and you will see it goes on for at least 3 days !!!

How is it possible to have 72 hrs cycle in just one day?

Tata is completely silent on this issue.

There Usage meter is definitely faulty. And I have now proof as they sent me this log by email from there customer.care address and still say its genuine.
 
try calling the nodal officer , and also the fact that there are multiple entries with the sane time indicates something is very wrongalso, how does 2 units correspond to an amount of 100, and why is 3pm before 1pm?ask the nodal officer these questions..
 
I called Nodal Office last month and they sent a rep who took payment of Rs. 2016 and said the matter will be resolved. My service was re-activated. I changed my plan to 10GB@Unlimited but now they have disconnected it again after 20 days and want me to pay the balance.

I asked the rep earlier to take the device with him and keep it in his possession for a few days to be sure that the Usage keeps increasing despite the device not used at all. But he said there is no need for that.

I spoke to that rep again 2 days ago and he said he is working on it and talking with his senior boss. Now I am again left with a dead device. I don't know what to do.

This is pathetic. 🙁
