Speed on Demand 4 Mbps back?

It shows 4 Mbps on the page, but when I select city it shows only till 2 Mbps.

when asked about 4mbps not showing up on selection page the CC guys told me that their backend is working to make the service available at all places but as off now its available only in few areas which he himself didn't knew....!!

Dear Customer!Now select the desired Speed and agree with T&C to upgrade You will be charged on a prorata basis at 5 min/pulse SoD @ 512kbps SoD @ 1 Mbps SoD @ 2 Mbpsno 4 Mbps here but atleast they removed 256k kbps
