Have registered 2 complaints in the past 48 hours and still nobody has showed up. Not even a call from them. The landline is dead and the router rebooting itself every 5-10mins, probably a cut in the line somewhere. Just so awesome now there are no good alternatives for a decent broadband connection. :thumb:

Well, threaten them with disconnection. That should fix your connection. 😕
^ Seriously, they don't seem to care even when someone wants to disconnect. I have threatened twice, and in both cases, what they offered was lame excuses of a plan. For some reason they seem to think that cheaper is better. So for someone on a 1Mbps unlimited plan, they offer a 'special' 256 kbps unlimited plan, which obviously costs lesser than the 1 Mbps one.
^ Oh well, then I'm speechless. All this shit sucks man. Better go and get BSNL or MTNL. I don't know what to say. 😕
