How to get DD Direct Plus in Europe?

I live in Luxembourg. I want to know if there is any way to get dd direct plus reception in Germany or France?

I think that DD Direct Plus reception center has been opened in Czech Republic after reading this link: Insat 3A/4B at 93.5°E-DD Direct Plus India | CZECH AND SLOVAK DX SATELLITE CLUB
Can I get reception through there?

Coz I want a few Indian news channels and DD Sports, so that I can watch India ODIs
